Aadhaar PVC Card: Aadhaar PVC card is the latest form of the Aadhaar introduced by UIDAI. It has a digitally signed secure QR code with photographs and demographics details with multiple security features. It is made of PVC material so it is durable and unbreakable. It can be ordered online by paying ₹ 50 as charges for printing and delivery. The PVC card will be delivered to the applicant’s residential address by speed post.
How to Order Aadhaar PVC Card?
Below is the step wise process for ordering PVC Aadhaar card from UIDAI website.
- Go to the UIDAI website address
- Enter your Aadhaar number.
- Enter security code visible beside the text box.
- Click on the “Send OTP” button.
- You will get the OTP from UIDAI within few seconds.
- Enter the OTP (its valid for 10 minutes only)
- Tick the “terms and conditions” check box.
- On the next screen, your Aadhaar details will be shown.
- It will show you the preview of your Aadhaar PVC card.
- If everything is ok, click on the “Make Payment” button.
- It will take you through the online payment page.
- There are 3 options for making payment. 1) Debit/Credit card 2) Netbanking 3) UPI
- Select the payment method that suits you.
- Make the payment and complete the transaction.
- You will receive the confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number.
- The Aadhaar PVC card will be delivered to your registered address by speed post.
